I love living in sunny San Diego! I have lived here with my husband Michael since 2009 and have had the opportunity to help thousands of San Diegans with their insurance needs. I understand that we all have different goals, risks and needs and insurance is not a one-size fits all. Because of this I enjoy working with local families to help them understand insurance needs that are specific to them. I like to consider myself your advocate during the insurance claims process and I am passionate about assisting you with your future financial well-being.
I graduated from the University of West Florida in 2008 and I have worked in insurance and financial services since 2007. Over the last several years I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge that I enjoy sharing with the community. I serve in local professional groups and speak at events to help educate the community on important financial and insurance-related topics. I also have a deep love and concern for children and volunteer to support the Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary – La Jolla Unit. Our fundraising events are family-oriented in support of mental health, a cause that is close to my heart.
I’m always happy to meet a member of our community whether it be at one of my forums or at our office on Cass St. My favorite is when customers quiz me on my insurance knowledge…stop by and see if you can stump me, it hasn’t happened yet!
I was born and raised in San Diego and grew up in the Lemon Grove area. I went to Mount Miguel High, and studied Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. I’m also a Notary Public since 2015.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with agents and financial professionals since 2001, assisting with the administration of their life insurance/retirement book of business. Learning new things is what excites me most about what I do. The insurance industry is so diverse. From the people I engage with on a daily basis, to the various ways insurance is used to help with client’s needs. I’m always running into different opportunities to help protect our client’s assets and also become a better insurance expert.
I can’t get enough of and can’t stop talking about is my son. He’s the sweetest and brightest fourth grader I know. He’s my everything! When I’m not working, I’m usually helping others as a certified kickboxing instructor. Some of my other passions are going to concerts, cooking, photography, going to the movies, and mostly hanging out with the people I care about.
